EUROVISION 2004 COMPETITION

This Competition was to win a copy of the Official Program to the Eurovision Song Contest 2004, by answering the question - In the Eurovision Final, which was the only country NOT to award any votes to the Ukraine winner?

The answer was, of course - SWITZERLAND. Almost all entrants had the correct answer, but the winner drawn from the correct entries, is:
