Ok, it has a beat but, in the end, this is
repetitive and boring and, to me, is a whole lotta nothing. |

It
proved to be 4th time lucky for Christabelle. Certainly the all- out
staging with a mix of props, graphics and dancers proved to be
effective and powerful during the national final performance. The
song's message is about compassion towards those suffering from mental
illness but the lyrics used to convey it become a little overly
clunky and by building on clichés it becomes more of a pre-fabricated pop
product disguised as a serious song. |

On the plus side, great stage show and her
vocals are really good. It’s a shame it’s just a generic pop song -
doesn’t do anything and not memorable. Not a finalist for me. |

A typical Eurovision song, it is not bad but it
reminds me of so many other past entries. Of course they put a lot of
efforts on the staging and doesn't look bad. This could qualify if well
performed but this is far from a potential winner. |

I liked the power and conviction behind
Christabelle’s voice and the digital graphics helped her song stand out
in their final. It may struggle on the international stage but it’s
certainly better than last year! |

Despite
Christabelle’s rather weak vocals and awkward stage presence, this is a
pleasant enough entry. This song offers nothing new but has a certain
rhythm to it. However, I am not sure the song is memorable enough to make |

This sounds interesting. A strong performance,
but maybe a bit average song, full of contemporary sounds. It would seem a
bit chaotic, a bit mess, but it has some potential and it can grow on
everyone after some listenings. Overall good. |

I watched the Maltese final and this totally
passed me by. There were definitely better songs so quite how this
swept the board I’ve no idea. It’s not bad, but I think |

This
song is all over the place. The live performance is full with a lot of
stuff but the song is generic. It good when it is on but that is it. I do

Adding to what is rapidly becoming 'Social
Awareness' Eurovision, Christabelle tackles the subject of mental health
with intelligent lyrics, a metamorphosis from panther to artist, a journey
from darkness to 'pyro' light, along with passionate and emotional
connectivity with the viewer - 'Taboo' as a complete package is a triumph. |

The
same old boring procedure. Too many songs submitted for a very small

The
prototype Eurovision entry–dramatic and strongly performed. Credit for
the staging; though not entirely original, it complements the song and
keeps us interested throughout. Is there enough of a “moment”
though? I want the song to take off, and it somehow never quite
does. Should see |

It’s an okay song. But nothing special.
Christabelle really tries to make the best of it, but there’s still work
to do to improve the staging. |

This has very impressive staging and there is an
interesting message behind this song, which is about mental illness.
However, I think it still needs a bit of a revamp on the production to
make it more powerful. I also do wonder if the whole thing is a bit too
dark. Christabelle is an decent performer, though. |

Good
entry, modern, contemporary and vocally well performed. It has everything
for getting a nice place like some editions ago Ira Losco did. |

I like the girl and the presentation is good,
but I feel like I've heard it several times before in many other national
finals and don't really need to hear it again. I want to like it because

at time of publishing (just missed out on the 12):
OCTAVIO - Same as every other song. Nothing stands-out. Completely forgettable, I think it will fail to impress. Only the gimmick to make it watchable. Her voice is also questionable. 5
