 RULES

Clubs are invited to submit on dvd a video clip of a song from their national pop charts released by a local performer, if the performer is a group then at least one member of the group should be the nationality of the country it represents

The song in the video can be in any language (not necessarily the national language of the country)

The video should not exceed 5 minutes

The entry should be the video of the song, not an excerpt or a highlight performance from a concert

The song of the video must be released for the first time in 2006 or 2007 (not a re-mix or other language version)

The video cannot be selected if the song participated in the Eurovision Song Contest, OGAE Second Chance Contest or OGAE Song Contest on previous occasions

Andorra, Austria, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Rest of the World, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine

PARTICIPATION FEE

 Only 10 euros per club.

DEADLINES

May 1st  - Invitation sent to all clubs

July 1st - Deadline to receive from the clubs application and payment of the participation fee

July 8th - Draw of the running order

September 1st -  Deadline to receive from the clubs the video on a dvd and information by e-mail

October 1st - Dispatch of the OVC2007 DVD to the clubs
