Baby Doll, Ketil Stokkan, Isabelle Aubret, Bes Yil Önce On Yil Sonra, Yardena Arazi, Daniela Simons, Kirsten Siggaard, Gary Lux, Ingrid Peters and Kikki Danielsson all took part in 1983 National Finals and could compete in Retro 1983. Watch this space!

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT COUNTRIES (16)

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, (Ex-)Yugoslavia (made up of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia & Montenegro and Slovenia)

Each of these OGAE Clubs can choose their favourite (non-winning) song from their ESC Selection of 1983 for SECOND CHANCE RETRO 1983. See below for their options.

ELIGIBLE GUEST JURIES (17)

Albania, Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Russia, Spain, Ukraine

All these OGAE Clubs can participate as Guest Juries and also enter a Hit Song from 1983 in GUEST JURY HITS 1983.

Both Retro 1983 and GJH 1983 are voted on by the same juries, from the same CD - and voting is announced on both contests via this site.
