To Jury Members - once you have heard all the songs at least 3 times, award each one a score out of 10 (no zeros, no abstentions, 10 is the highest, 1 is the lowest). Provide your name and email address, which will be confirmed.

Once all the votes are received, the UK Vote will be decided by totalling all scores awarded. Any ties will be decided by the number of 10's, 9's, 8's etc.... This year, also please add up your scores for a control total and provide that where requested below. This will ensure your correct votes are received and included. Please include a vote for the UK song, just to see where we place it (we can not of course vote for the UK in the Contest proper).
