After 3 months of voting, the six contenders to represent the UK in Sweden have finally been whittled down and we have our winner.

The Song to represent the UK in Second Chance 2004 is:

Over 70 people have voted on one or more of the stages, from: Belarus, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK
