OGAE Video Contest
MESSAGE FROM TURKEY – 21
FEBRUARY 2004:
Hello Europe!
As decided at the OGAE
presidents meeting in Riga, the 1st OGAE
Video Contest was organised by OGAE Turkey in Istanbul. Clubs from
each participant nation sent their entries in terms of the video of a song free
of language, and on 20th December 2003, the production was finished. The contest was held only 5 days before Christmas at
Majolika Café-Bar, in Istanbul with the participation of videos coming from 20
different countries.
Here is the OGAE Turkey team
that created the production:

It was really very tough
competition as you have watched on the video tapes we have sent to your
addresses. So we also should congratulate Finland, Spain, Norway and
the Netherlands for giving us the competitive taste in terms of
"adrenalin" while watching the voting!!!
Dominique
Dufaut from OGAE France has
already contacted me for the 2004 edition of the OGAE Video Contest and
hereby I would like to handover the production of OGAE Video Contest 2004
to Dominique and the French club. I am sure they will do their best for a
better production since they already have many experiences in other OGAE
