For those of you who have been involved in Second Chance throughout the years, it will come as no surprise to learn that there have been some delays in the production of this year's Contest too.... Lost tapes, late voting, an Organiser absconds... the usual problems of arranging an event of this magnitude. It has also been advised that the Contest will now only be available this year in an audio format. No date has yet been provided for the release of the results, BUT at this time, some countries have still not submitted their voting. IS THIS YOU? Hurry up, Europe awaits.... 
16 AUG 02 - Euro Madrid Rating: 

Just for fun, against each country is a "EuroMadrid Rating". This is taken from the popular National Finals Song Contest (NFSC), hosted by euromadrid.com, where all national finalists (non-winners) are voted on. Several heats make up the first round, followed by semi finals and then a final. The rating shown here is derived from the position gained in the NFSC (where the song made the final, the rating is the final position only, where the song made the semis, the semis position plus 10 becomes the rating and where the song didn't make it from Round 1, the position gained in Round 1 plus 20 becomes the rating).
