February 2004 - Following Alcazar's exciting win in the Second Chance Contest of 2003 with 'Not A Sinner, Nor A Saint', OGAE Sweden will host the 2004 Second Chance Contest.

| 14 Mar | Bosnia & Herzegovina | Hello everybody. OGAE Bosnia and Herzegovina will choose its representative for this year´s OGAE SCC in Sweden on a different way as the years before. We have put on our website a survey, where the visitors can decide, which of the 4 songs of DEEN is the best and should represent Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sweden. These are the songs: Pobjednik (The Winner), Wanted to make it, Trebam te (I Need You) and Spava Sarajevo (Sarajevo sleeps). The final result of the survey will count 50% of the final result. Another 50% has an "expert" jury (these are the members of OGAE Bosnia and Herzegovina). So, this is a similar system to the one of the Bosnian broadcast, PBS BiH.
