Coincidence or what - This is an excellent site. Congratulations! The amazing thing about it (for me) is the section called My Eurovision (Gary's)...absolutely amazing how (most of) your choices match mine! Speechless...Thank you!

Hi, I'm Carlos. I'm from to Portugal and I like very much to see the Eurovision song contest. I feel much that the Portuguese song has not passed to great the fine one, but I understand because it had very better songs. I believe that vania portugal song a very good song, and will have a good place in the second chance song contest. I would want to know when the second chance will happen.

Hello!

Armand, Albania, 10 December 05

greetings from Serbia - It's a wonderful site with plenty of useful information. I have heard thAT OGAE Serbia & Montenegro is going to take more active role in global OGAE events as well as local promotion in the near future.I will join the club at the next meeting of OGAE Serbia and Montenegro...I hope OGAE Serbia-Montenegro will follow the success of Zeljko Joksimovic's debut

Tomislav, Serbia & Montenegro, 21 May 04

nice to see ogae after a few years away - I joined ogae uk back in 1992,in fact the michael ball songs i put forward to ogae song contest did quite well,i think one of them came second,i still have the magazines at my dads house too. I really think this is a good site and the club has come along way since it first started in (i think 1988).

Mark, UK, 12 April 04

This site is new to me, but SCC isn't 'cos I've voted for my country since 1998.
It's nice to see what was happening since beginning of this great tradition.

Nebojša, Croatia, 03 April 04

Croatian song is most beautiful, something what young people need. Croatian song with Italian sound. Congratulations.

very wicked site - like it lots

Query though, will u be up loading the songs for the OGAE and second chance contests?

(Chris - sadly at this time I do not have the facility of uploading sound files, but I am looking into it)

Chris, Australia, 27 October 03

I think UK in this year's Second Chance has a great chance. Emily sung excellently in SFE03 and I would of preferred her to be sent to Riga than Jemini. I hope that the UK will come out on top!

This year`s second chance I think Norway should win!!! They have the best melody. But I think UK is the real winner...
This year`s eurosong I hoped that Slovenia win.. But they only got 23place with 7points - I think that awful

RE ESC 03: We came last with a terrible song, bring back hanging!

Ace, UK, 11 June 03

Hello I am Chad and I live in Northern Ireland.  Every year I support Ireland in the Eurovision, however, in cases when they are unfortunate enough to be relegated I support the United Kingdom.  This year I was cheering on both nations.  I was horrified that Jemini didn't do as well as they expected.  I was also disappointed with Mickey Harte's final placing - I was sure he was a Top 5!  Anyway one of those will win next year I am sure of it!!!  I would also like to congratulate on Turkey and Belgium on their placings but not Russia because I don't think they deserved 3rd place - Jemini were far better than tATu.  If anyone would like to email me then please feel free to do so at aussie_rules1986@yahoo.com.au  because I am looking for other ESC fans to chat with and be friends with.  Lots of love from Emerald Isle - Ireland, Irlande, Irlanda!

Chad, Northern Ireland, 28 May 03

Thank you for an interesting site.  My money is on Iceland or Latvia this year.  I think Russia is too out there for most of the conservative countries.  UK could be top 5 if sung well though fear it won't be!

I am from Estonia. I like in Eurovision 2003 Spain, Sweden and Iceland. I don't like Estonia - I hope it will get very bad position. I don't like Vaiko Eplik too (he is singer of Ruffus). If you want write me, then my e-mail is metskyla@hot.ee
I am waiting! Liina

Great site you have here and very informative. Keep up the Good work. :) Out of the chosen SCC songs so far I like Malta and the UK and the main event in a couple of weeks time, my favourites are Portugal, France and Ireland. Shame on the UK for selecting such a boring and repetitive song. Emily Reed would get us a Top 5 at least or maybe higher, but still all the best to her in SCC.

My name is Lawrence Magrin. I am from Malta and my e-mail address is magrin@melita.net
The two songs which I liked most in the 2002 Eurovision Song Contest are the Danish and English songs.
I am very disappointed at the way people vote. One of the most important factors that people vote for now a days depends mostly at how the song is showed by the CAMERAMEN. I think they have a very important role most especially where dancing is concerned. People today are not just voting for the song or the singer, but for the whole represented package.

Re: Eurovision 2002 : Sweden should have won the actual contest, it was a travesty!!!!

Outraged of Ealing, London, UK, 12/06/02

Re: Eurovision 2002 : We are from Malta . Our best and favourite songs are Malta, Estonia, Sweden and Germany but Malta is the best of all countries and our singer is very cute, beautiful and has a good voice.

Our song name is " Seventh Wonder" by Ira Losco. We like it very much and we want to tell all the countries good luck, but vote not to neighbours countries but best song.

Hi. I am Ihsan Kosoglu, the composer of the 1999 OGAE Second Chance winner "Unuttugumu Sandigim Anda". I really loved this website. Take care and go on with this wonderful site of yours.

Hi! I am Lawrence Stafrace from the UK. All good songs this year! LawrenceStafrace97@msn.com

Kia ora! Hello, I'm Barry from New Zealand.  I and a friend have listened very carefully to all the songs and enjoyed many of them.  We will send our votes any moment.  Today is Friday 28th September and has been a beautiful Spring day here in Hamilton, the North Island of Aotearoa, New Zealand. I am a member of the UK and French Eurovision clubs.  There is no club here in NZ and no interest in European music apart from the usual UK international artists. Check out www.charthitz.orcon.net.nz .  I like 5 of the SCC songs and found it hard to decide on the top marks.  The variety is wonderful and it is really nice to hear songs from the finals other than the winners.  Next Thursday another friend will be playing the songs on our local Community Radio 1206AM.  I think the Croatian entry is so smooth, cool and professional - a country gem.  The Swedish song sounds as if it has been a classic for ages - that group will go far.  I love the Latvian entry but it may not be strong enough when Nanne and Kadi Toom are taking part with such good entries.  Our vote.. you'll have to wait..  Thanks for organising a most enjoyable event.

Barry, New Zealand, 28/09/01

I reckon that this year's Second Chance is one of the best ever, and shows what a great Eurovision 2001 could have been.  I would imagine that the Netherlands will win, but I love loads of them, especially the Spanish song.

Dean Asker, England, UK,  24/09/01

The UK Jury members have spoken for 2001! You will have to wait for the results on the site though  - wouldn't want to give anything away to the opposition...! I reckon this is the best set of  2nd Chance songs ever. Hard to say who will win! My own favourites... Germany, Slovenia, Norway, Croatia, Lithuania, Sweden, Netherlands and Spain.....
